Michele brings more than 25 years of experience in laboratory operations, including many years supporting construction materials testing organizations with multiple locations. She has more than 15 years of experience leading quality and safety programs, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, operational consistency, and organizational effectiveness.

As Director of Quality, Michele will provide leadership for the AET Quality Management System and quality strategy across the organization. She will partner closely with our operations, engineering, laboratory, and field teams to strengthen quality processes, drive consistency in how work is delivered, manage quality-related risk, and support a culture of continuous improvement. Her role will help ensure that our systems, standards, and practices enable high-quality project delivery while meeting the requirements of our clients, accreditations, and regulatory obligations reflecting our commitment to our relentless pursuit of excellence.

Throughout her career, Michele has participated in hundreds of internal and external audits and has developed a deep appreciation for the learning and improvement opportunities they create. She is passionate about improving policies, procedures, and work practices so organizations can adapt to changing requirements while helping employees work safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Michele believes the best quality systems are built with input from the people doing the work. She is looking forward to connecting with employees across AET, understanding the unique needs of our practices and operations, and collaborating on improvements that strengthen both quality and client service.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys vegetable gardening, playing pickleball, traveling, and following NHL hockey, especially the Minnesota Wild.
