Saint Paul, MN — AET is proud to announce Rita Zinn as our new Vice President of Strategy & Growth. With more than 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, business transformation, and organizational leadership, Rita brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to AET as we continue to grow and evolve. 

Rita joins AET from Pioneer Management Consulting, where she served on the national leadership team and led project delivery teams for major enterprise clients across industries, including energy, infrastructure, and public utilities. Her work has spanned strategic planning, change management, innovation, and transformation, making her a natural fit for AET’s mission to build a more certain world. 

Throughout her career, Rita has demonstrated a unique ability to align people, processes, and strategy. She has successfully launched new business units, scaled consulting practices, and led complex transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Her leadership style is collaborative and values-driven, aligning perfectly with AET’s culture of teamwork and shared success. 

Rita’s journey to this role is as inspiring as it is impressive. She began her career teaching high school mathematics in underserved communities before earning a Master’s in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame. Her transition into consulting was fueled by a passion for helping organizations grow and adapt, skills she now brings to AET at a pivotal time in our company’s evolution.
