Join us in welcoming Nick Harrington as Manager of our Sioux Falls, South Dakota office! Nick has a strong engineering background, including a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University, and a passion for strategic planning, business development, training, and onboarding. He has nine years of engineering leadership spanning various industries, such as material handling, commercial ovens, and promotional goods.

Nick’s focus as Manager is to grow the Sioux Falls office in two facets. The first is to focus internally on employee engagement, retention, talent, quality, and creating a structure that can absorb growth. The second is to focus externally by growing AET through target selling, increased service offerings, and creating raving fans by providing world-class service.

Nick has two children and enjoys being active with them, playing basketball or riding dirt bikes, exercising, and serving others through summer volunteer activities.
