We are pleased to announce the promotion of Dee Powers to the position of Chief People Officer (CPO). Dee has been an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team over the past two and a half years as our Vice President of Human Resources, and will bring her positive energy, extensive experience, and exceptional leadership to her new role.

In her new capacity, Dee will be responsible for developing AET’s people strategy, with a focus on creating an outstanding employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. She will continue to oversee AET’s HR, Marketing, and Communications teams.
