Special Announcement: Bob Kaiser’s Retirement

Bob Kaiser.jpgIt is with bittersweet sentiment that we share news of the retirement of Bob Kaiser, effective January 4, 2018. Since joining AET in 1992, Bob has provided exceptional leadership as senior vice president of our Environmental Division. While we are sad to say goodbye, we are excited for Bob as he moves into this new chapter.

In the meantime, we celebrate Bob’s remarkable 45-year engineering career, which began in 1972 with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. In 1973, Bob graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in chemical engineering and continued to work for the MPCA over the next couple of years. He went on to hold positions at Northern States Power Corporation (now Xcel Energy), Control Data Corporation, and Pace Analytical Services.

We are thankful to know that Bob won’t be a stranger—he plans to consult on AET projects as needed. Having worked full-time since high school, Bob is looking forward to freedom from a formal schedule.

With more flexibility, Bob and his wife, Cheryl, plan to travel, visit their children and grandchildren, and spend time at their lake place in northern Minnesota.
