Founders launch American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET)

Four Minneapolis-based professional engineers began their journey in 1989 to build an employee-owned engineering and testing firm known for its integrity, reliability, and subject matter expertise.

  • Sets up Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
  • Constructs new office building and lab in the Midway area of Saint Paul, MN
  • Adds Petrography testing services
