AET has expanded its geographic footprint with the acquisition of three offices formerly owned by Strata. Welcome to our new team members in Casper and Gillette, Wyoming and Williston, North Dakota!
American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET), a leading employee-owned engineering consulting firm, announced today that it has expanded its geographic footprint with the acquisition of three offices formerly owned by Strata, a geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing firm. Staff from Strata offices located in Casper and Gillette, Wyoming and Williston, North Dakota joined AET on January 01, 2020.
“We are excited to add these talented professionals to our team,” said Dan Larson, CEO of AET. “Our companies share similar values, and we have both succeeded by developing long-term client relationships built on exceptional service and trust. The addition of these new staff, with their focus on geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing, complements our service lines and will allow AET to better serve existing and new clients across the region.”
Jeremy Cox, formerly of Strata, now AET’s Williston, ND Manager, added, “This is an exciting new chapter for our team. We’re pleased to be joining this highly-respected company and, along with our new AET colleagues, we are committed to maintaining continuity of service to our clients — many of whom we already share with AET in this region and beyond.”
This acquisition is in line with the firm’s long-term strategy and history of strategic acquisitions over the last 30 years. AET has always been committed to growing sustainably and in ways that benefit clients, strengthen service offerings, maintain company culture, and benefit our employee-shareholders. The acquisition adds 20 employees to the AET staff of nearly 400.
